What we receive
We receive only the information you choose to send: your contact details, messages, and one current CSV or XML export for a qualified pilot report.
What you should send
Send only files you are authorized to share. Remove customer names, emails, credentials, API keys, and other unnecessary personal or confidential information. Product IDs may be anonymized as long as each row remains internally consistent.
How files are used
Files are used only to produce the requested read-only risk report. We do not log into Shopify, Google Merchant Center, or client accounts, and we do not make account changes.
Deletion
Original source files are deleted after the report is delivered. We do not use your data to train models. We keep a file, finding, testimonial, or case study only with separate permission.
Service providers
Email and website infrastructure may process basic delivery and security information needed to operate the pilot. We do not sell personal information.
Your choices
You may ask us to stop work, delete material you sent, or answer a privacy question at any time. Deletion requests do not affect records we must retain for security, fraud prevention, or legal obligations.
